CRM automation, so your CRM fills itself in.

I wire lead capture, enrichment, qualification, routing, follow-up and reporting across GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Supabase or n8n, so nobody updates the sheet by hand. A lookup runs before every write, so a re-run creates no duplicates, and an invalid row logs instead of killing the batch. Fixed price from $299.

Prices from my Upwork catalog, checked on 10 October 2026. Custom work is scoped and priced in writing within 24 hours of a call.

Not a fit if you want the AI to decide who to contact and then contact them, with nobody in between.

See every package and its three tiers

  1. 30-minute call.

You walk me through the process that eats your week.

  2. Written plan and price in 24 hours.

Fixed scope, fixed price, milestones. If it is not worth automating, I will say so.

  3. Weekly milestones.

You see working software every week, in your own accounts.

  4. Handover.

Documentation, a walkthrough video and error alerts, so it keeps running without me.

If the first build misses what we agreed, I rework it at no extra charge.

Which CRMs do you automate?

GoHighLevel and HubSpot most often, plus Supabase or PostgreSQL when the CRM is custom, and Google Sheets when a sheet is genuinely the right tool. Anything with a documented API can be wired in through n8n, including the ones with an API that fights back.

Can you finish a half-built sync?

Yes. A previous developer once left two workflows about 90% done and switched off. I finished the import with email and phone normalisation, a three-step lookup with no-match logging, live custom-field mapping, and invalid rows that skip and log instead of breaking the run.

What stops duplicate leads?

A lookup before every write and a log of everything already relayed. In a GoHighLevel loyalty import, a three-step lookup on customer ID, then phone, then email meant the member file could be re-run with zero duplicates created.

Can it write the follow-up emails for me?

It can draft them. In the AI CRM a Claude agent opens every deal that has gone quiet, writes the follow-up in the client's voice and saves it as an Outlook draft. There is no code path that sends. A person clicks send.

How much does CRM automation cost?

The CRM automation package starts at $299 on Upwork, with three tiers ($299, $849, $1,999) depending on the number of sources, rules and connected tools. Custom CRM builds are scoped and priced in writing within 24 hours of a call. Tool and model usage is billed to your own accounts.
